FT - Ex-Leader Trend

Blair will probably follow the trend in ex-leader occupations.

Schroder is working for Putin's Trans-Baltic pipeline.

Bush or Cheney will probably work with their buddies at Halliburton, among media hysteria.

Putin will work at either Gazprom or Rosneft, probably Gazprom seeing that its board chairman is Dmitry Anatolyevich Medvedev, the first deputy prime minister of the Russian government and Putin's former chief of staff.

If Chavez decides 2 terms are enough, he'll probably appoint himself to some executive officer level in the state-owned Petróleos de Venezuela oil corporation.

Evo will do the same or something similar.

Berlusconi's got his Fininvest.

Chirac's got his Andorra titles and other insignia jackassery.

Maybe the guys at BP will feel sorry for Blair and hire him.
